Okay, if you want to make a banner like mine, go to pizap.com and just follow the instructions! If you want your title to be like that, go to your layout page on Blogger. Go to where it says your Blog's title and click it. Qhen it says browse, just go to that and pick a picture! Okay I hope I explained it easily enough!
