    Of course! Okay, first you need to make a bogger account. To do that, you need to go to Blogger.com and create an account. Once your done that, it will take you to your Blogger Dashboard. On the left-hand side it will say New Blog. Click that and it will let you name your Blog! I hope this helped, I'm not the best at explaining things :D
